EMERGENCY RESPONSE
The MACC staff is available during and after work hours to give immediate assistance with disaster recovery efforts. Institutions experiencing a collection disaster can contact MACC to consult on best practices to recover their collections.

The Disaster Phone Lines provide member institutions with 24-hour access to professional recovery advice and services. Our Preservation Services department maintains a cache of disaster supplies, which are available to member institutions requiring onsite assistance from MACC staff.

EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS
The MACC Preservation Services department offers assistance in writing Emergency Preparedness Plans for collections at all types of institutions.
